Spring Ridge Commons Work Party with Ian Avery

Everyone welcome!   This work party will be led by Ian Avery, owner /operator of Victory Gardens, a Victoria based permaculture landscaping enterprise.

and will include:

• Primer on permaculture.
• Sheet - Mulching
• Tree pruning talk + demo.

Please dress warmly.
Refreshments will be provided;

Donations of work party food would be appreciated in addition  to plants:  grass-suppressing bulbs:  daffodils, garlic chives, tulips, etc.  (any bulbs work); insectary plants:  bee balm, lovage, etc. (flowers); nutrient accumulators:  yarrow, chicory, plaintain; mulch plants:  comfrey, artichoke, etc.  

Some tools will be provided on-site and if you have forks, rakes and shovel, please bring them just in case we need them.
