Home groups

Transition Victoria also facilitates Home Groups. These are small groups of around a half dozen people who meet regularly to support one another through the inner transition process. The focus and format of these meetings is up to the members of each Home Group. Once a particular Home Group is comfortable with the number of people in their group, a new Home Group will be initiated.
